  • 2 Cups of Cooked Quinoa Seeds
  • ½ cup cooked Chickpeas i.e. Garbanzo Beans
  • 1 Shredded Orange Carrot 
  • 1 Onion, diced
  • 1 Tomato, diced 
  • 1 Cucumber, cut into small pieces
  • 1/3 cup of olive oil
  • 3-4 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1-2 Parsley Leaves, finely chopped
  • 1 Cup of crumbled Feta Cheese
  • Olives (if you want)
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • Minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper
  • ½ tbsp of dried basil leaves (optional)

Well, in order to make this delicious salad, you need to follow certain instructions given as follow:

Step 1: Add all the Ingredients to a large bowl

In a large bowl, add 2 cups of cooked quinoa seeds, ½ cup cooked Chickpeas i.e. Garbanzo Beans, ½ cup of cheery tomatoes, ½ cup of Onion, ½ cup of diced cucumber along with 5-6 olives, 1-2 finely chopped parsley leaves, and 1 cup of crumbled feta cheese.

Tip* To reduce the pungent smell of Onion, it’s always better to soak them in cold water for about 10-15 minutes. Drain them and now you can use this in your recipe!

Step 2: Prepare the Dressing and Pour it over the Ingredients

Pour 1/3 of olive oil and 3 tbsp of lemon juice and whisk it together. Now, pour 1 tbsp of honey, minced garlic, 1 tbsp dried oregano, 1 tbsp of basil leaves, and add a pinch of salt and pepper and blend them well.
